The club focus for youth football is striking the balance between player development and team success in an enjoyable & safe environment. Moreover we use training methods that allow players to make their own decisions - we are not looking at the result of the next match , but instead we want the players to reach their full potential through Long Term Player Development (LTPD). Bampton football club also support the FA’s RESPECT campaign with fair play and respect for all in the game a fundamental part of the club ethos. Every team has an FA qualified coach with minimum qualification of FA Level 1, and some coaches have attained Level 2 and / or Youth Module certificates . All managers and assistants are fully CRB checked and will offer a warm welcome to all new players. New players wanting to join a team should contact the manager for their age group to check on availability. All players will be asked to attend a trial before a decision is made on acceptance for a squad place.
